About Us

Before founding RegDesk, Priya Paul worked in healthcare consulting and gained hands-on experience in regulatory and market access challenges for medical devices across global markets. She saw firsthand the inefficiencies that regulatory teams face and set out to build a solution. At RegDesk, she leads the company’s vision, product strategy, and global growth efforts, with a focus on empowering regulatory teams through automation and intelligence.

Priya has been recognized as one of Inc.’s Top 100 Female Founders and is a champion for innovation in MedTech. Priya holds an M.S. in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Sciences from Northwestern University, where she won a Distinguished Thesis Award. She also holds an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois with Honors and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Jixian Wang is a seasoned engineering leader with a background in building scalable SaaS platforms. Prior to RegDesk, he led technology teams at leading health tech and AI companies, focusing on secure architecture and data integration. As CTO at RegDesk, Jixian oversees all aspects of product development, engineering, and technical innovation. He’s passionate about creating AI-driven tools that transform how regulatory teams operate. Jixian holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Dan brings almost four decades of financial leadership to RegDesk. His background includes over 15 years of Corporate Development experience having acquired, sold, listed and invested in dozens of companies for RR Donnelley and Morningstar, Inc. Throughout his career Dan returned to his accounting, finance and strategic planning roots holding multiple CFO roles at startups and manufacturing companies in the US and overseas as an expat in China and Poland. He holds a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Dan joined RegDesk after several years of consulting with startups as a fractional CFO.

Prior to joining RegDesk, Derek Grant held executive sales leadership roles in sales at multiple high-growth SaaS companies, including Pardot (acquired by Salesforce) and Salesloft, where he helped scale revenue operations from startup to market leader. At RegDesk, Derek leads the global sales team, building strategic relationships with medical device manufacturers and ensuring customer success from the first conversation. Derek is a frequent speaker on go-to-market strategy and has helped coach sales teams around the world. He holds an undergrad degree in Communications from Florida State University.

Kevin O’Malley joined RegDesk after leading global marketing at several enterprise SaaS companies in the health tech and compliance space. With deep experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation, Kevin now leads all marketing efforts at RegDesk—from brand awareness to customer acquisition. His work has earned recognition for thought leadership in digital health and regulatory innovation. Kevin holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College.

With over 36 years of experience in regulatory and quality roles, Jodi Granger brings deep subject-matter expertise to RegDesk. Before joining the team, she led global regulatory teams at top medical device and IVD companies, overseeing strategy and compliance for diverse product portfolios. At RegDesk, Jodi advises on regulatory content, supports customer success, and ensures the platform reflects up-to-date, real-world requirements. Jodi is a respected leader in the industry and a passionate advocate for innovation in regulatory operations. Jodi prides herself on being customer focused, while developing regulatory processes that not only ensure regulatory compliance but also help establish regulatory as a partner in achieving growth for the company.
